Everything was very clean, perfect location right at the Centre of Great Malvern, the staff were attentive. I booked brand-new standard queen room here with the largest bathroom ever seen and paid extra for plus tea. The furniture was comfortable. Also, I loved how handy the location was.

We enjoyed almost every detail: unbeatable location, amicable stuff. The double room was luxury and the bed was very comfy. Its service was good too. They offered us outstanding meals, had plenty of options to choose from. We had a really nice stay at this low-budget hotel.

Location is optimal, highly professional staff, the room is well soundproofed and fully functional. Breakfast is super and offers breads, meats, bakery, eggs and fresh fruit. Friendly check in and in general courteous service.

This grand old hotel was great value for the money as contrasted with other options. Amazing location and rooms to say the least. The beds were amazing in the quiet bedroom. The view was absolutely breathtaking, the pool available onsite.
Wi-Fi connection was slow, made me a little nervous.

i recommend you to eat at ask italian, that is set 300 metres away. i enjoyed food and location in this hotel, it was suitable for me. view from my room was magnificent. ideal place for holiday in great malvern.
